About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fried AF website and any order you place with us. We sell shelf-stable dry spice blends, brine mixes and dry dip mixes from [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By placing an order you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, email [CONTACT EMAIL].

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders are for personal or household use unless we have agreed a bulk arrangement in writing. Please keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract; the contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel all or part of an order and refund you in full, for example if:

An item is out of stock, or a batch has failed our own quality check.
We cannot deliver to the pin code you have given us.
We suspect fraud, a payment problem, or resale in breach of these terms.
There is an obvious error in the listing or the price.

Prices and pricing errors

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is charged separately. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already accepted. Occasionally an item is listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious, we are not obliged to supply at that price: we will contact you, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery, risk and title

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, or to anyone who accepts it there. Title passes at the same moment, provided we have received payment in full. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Allergens and safe food use

Please read the label on every pouch before you cook with it. Our blends may contain, or be packed alongside, allergens such as mustard, sesame, milk solids, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, and recipes can change between batches. If you or anyone at your table has an allergy, check the current label every time and email [CONTACT EMAIL] if you need more detail.

Our brine mixes and rubs season food; they do not preserve it or make it safe. Safe handling in your kitchen is your responsibility: refrigerate meat while it brines, discard used brine, keep raw and cooked food apart, and cook chicken and other poultry until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of at least 74 degrees Celsius. We are not liable for illness or loss arising from storage, preparation, cooking or serving decisions in your kitchen.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or other ingredients used alongside our products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over our place of business at [BUSINESS ADDRESS] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We would far rather settle things by email, so please write to [CONTACT EMAIL] first.
