What to expect

Email gets a reply within one working day, usually much sooner. If it is about a damaged pack or a delivery that never showed up, send your order number and a photo and we will sort it out on the first reply instead of making you chase us.

Cooking questions are not a bother. They are the reason we exist. Tell us the cut, the weight and your air fryer, and we will give you a time and a temperature you can trust.
